We had our wheel bearings go out while visiting family from out of town. Mikes auto repair was able to diagnose and repair the issue in one day, allowing us to head home when planned. Our quote was more expensive than we thought it would be, but Mike's worked with us on the parts used to help bring down the cost. Overall, they were quick, friendly and did excellent work. Can't ask for much more!

Mike's Tire & Auto Center literally saved us! After a long six-hour drive to Sunriver, we immediately noticed a burning smell and found our rear rims were extremely hot. First thing the next morning, we called Mike's as soon as they opened, and they told us to bring it in right away. Within an hour, they diagnosed the issue?our rear brakes needed to be replaced. Even though they closed at 12:30 on Friday, they went above and beyond to get the job done before closing. They even made it super convenient for us by allowing online payment and providing a lockbox for key pickup. Thanks to their quick and incredible service, we made it home safely with perfectly working brakes?no heat, no burning smell. They truly saved our trip, and we can't thank them enough! I had a leaky tire, and I took it to a big name store (rhymes with Les Schwab) in Bend. They told me they checked and double-checked my tire, but couldn't find a leak. They pumped up the tire and sent me on my way. The next morning, the tire pressure was still low, so I brought it to Mike's. Lo and behold, there was a nail in the tire, and they got it patched up in no time. They squeezed me into their schedule last minute, and they even made enough time to do an oil change for me. Top notch service, and very friendly. I wish I lived closer so that I could use them on the regular.

Stopped by to see if they had time to fix my tpms sensor. They said they were busy but if I left it there, they could get to it in the next couple hours. So I dropped it off. I got a call 90 minutes later and it was ready for pickup. Not a hard job for them but they got it done when they said they would, good customer service and like the online bill to pay, so when I showed up, it was quick to get my keys.

Down in Sunriver for the Christmas holiday and we hit a cold snap. My wipers couldn't handle single digits and my driver side blew apart on me the evening of the 22nd. Morning of the 23rd I called Mikes to see if they had replacement blades, and sure enough. I really REALLY appreciate the fact these guys were open for the morning on the 23rd! I bought a complete set of blades for my Tundra and found the prices to be fair and reasonable. The customer service was top notch! Everyone was super friendly and as I was waiting for the CC to go thru, the nice man behind the counter went and popped them on my truck for me. Nothing but smiles everywhere in that shop! Seems like folks really enjoy working there and it must be led well! In a world where people are still using the Rona as an excuse to cover for poor customer service, these great folks really shined thru and demonstrated that this life is what you make it. Keep up the great work Team Mike's!!
